Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the kaimurkart app (the "Application") created by kaimurkart (the "Service Provider"). The Application is provided as a Free service and is intended for use "AS IS".

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This may include:

• Your device's Internet Protocol address (IP address)
• Pages of the Application you visit and time spent on each page
• Total time spent using the Application
• The operating system used on your mobile device

The Application may collect approximate or precise location information from your mobile device only when you grant location permission. We use this information to show nearby restaurants, check delivery availability in your area, estimate delivery timelines, and improve order fulfillment.

The Service Provider may use collected information to contact you for important notices and promotions. For some features, the Service Provider may request personally identifiable information (for example support@kaimurkart.com). Collected information will be retained and used as described in this policy.

We request location access to support core delivery features. Specifically, location data may be used to:

• Identify restaurants and stores near your current location
• Validate whether delivery is available at your address or current location
• Improve delivery estimates and order routing

Location access is optional. You can deny or revoke location permission at any time from your device settings. If location permission is disabled, you can still use the Application by entering delivery details manually, but nearby recommendations and delivery checks may be limited.

We do not use location data for unrelated advertising purposes. We also do not collect location in the background unless explicitly required for a feature you enabled and disclosed at the time of use.

Aggregated and anonymized data may be shared with third-party services to help improve the Application. The Application also uses third-party services that maintain their own privacy policies (for example Google Play Services).

The Service Provider may disclose information:

• As required by law (e.g., to comply with a subpoena)
• To protect rights, safety, or investigate fraud
• To trusted service providers working on our behalf who have agreed to our privacy rules

The Application may request certain permissions to provide core features. These can include:

• Location permission: to show nearby restaurants and verify delivery availability
• Notification permission: to send order updates and delivery status alerts
• Camera or media/file access: only when you choose to upload profile photos, product images, or other content

Permissions are requested only when needed for a feature. You can control or revoke permissions at any time from your device settings.

The Application may request camera access (android.permission.CAMERA) only when you actively choose features that require capturing photos, such as uploading profile images, store images, or product images.

• Camera access is optional and user-initiated
• The camera is not used in the background
• We do not continuously record video or audio
• You can deny or revoke this permission at any time in device settings

If camera permission is denied, you can still use the Application and may upload images from your device storage where available.

We are committed to complying with Google Play Developer Program Policies, including requirements related to user data, privacy disclosures, prominent permission usage, and secure data handling.

If a policy update requires changes to our disclosures, data handling practices, or in-app consent flows, we will update this Privacy Policy and the Application accordingly.

You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application. Use the standard uninstall process on your device or via the application marketplace.

The Service Provider will retain user-provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. To request deletion of user-provided data, contact support@kaimurkart.com.

The Application does not knowingly solicit data from, or market to, children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will delete it. Parents or guardians who become aware of such data should contact support@kaimurkart.com.

The Service Provider uses physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information processed and maintained by the Service Provider. While we take reasonable measures, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. When changes occur we will update this page. Continued use of the Application after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
